10 Ways to Get Quality Traffic to Your Website

10 Ways to Get Quality Traffic to Your Website

- In this video, I'm to be talking about 10 ways to get quality traffic to your website, five being paid and five being organic. And I would recommend that you invest in them all, this 10 point system should drive beautiful quality traffic to your website, which should equate to more leads, more sales, more growth of your brand. So let's start breaking it down. Let's start with five page strategies that should drive success and quality traffic to your brand. Number one is to run a digital TV commercial, 30 second commercial.

This is critical because it gets your brand out there with your message and your story so that you can stand out. The beautiful thing about digital TV these days is you can do very targeted targeting to get in front of the right audience with your message. So you can target people in your local area, your city, maybe a radius around the area that you serve, you can target people of certain income levels, and so many other different ways that you can get your digital TV commercial running in front of the right people at the right time, in the right place.

Now here's the deal, people watching digital TV are all of the people watching TV these days, everyone's cut the cable, it's all about digital. They're watching TV on Roku, on streaming the devices, on Hulu, on Xbox, and there's literally a list as long as my arm of digital TV streaming devices.

This is how people watch TV now, whether they connect it to their TV via Bluetooth or they're watching literally on their phone, this is how people are watching TV, from YouTube TV and beyond this is the new way that people consume content and watch TV.

Now these 30 second digital TV commercials are non-skippable, they can't be muted, so people hear your message, they see your message for 30 seconds. This builds so much brand awareness that it's gonna drive a tremendous amount of traffic to your website, to your social media channels. You'll get more followers, more subscribers, more high quality traffic to your site at a much lower cost.

To spend money on search engines like Google for ads is far more expensive to get a visitor of high quality to your site than it is with digital TV.

With digital TV you can get 20,000 views, 20,000 views for a thousand dollars or less. Out of that, you're generally going to get a good percentage of those individuals to go seek you out on social media or go to your website. So even if you only received maybe a 1% of the people that saw your commercial, went to your site, that would be 200 quality visitors coming into your site from that TV campaign.

And out of that, you should get a good chunk based on your conversion rate of sales and leads. So digital TV is one of the most affordable and effective high quality advertising techniques that you can use these days, the key is to have a good commercial that tells your story inside of 30 seconds that makes you stand out and makes you different.

Now here's the beautiful thing, people wanna support local these days. What's a compelling message that you can give to this, to the viewer to use you, whether it's a service based business or an e-commerce, if you're an e-commerce company, you got Amazon out there which is this huge brand that people will go and they shop at, but people do wanna support local.

So if you have an e-commerce brand, you could still sell on Amazon, but why not run a digital TV commercial just targeting your local city or area that tells your story and compels people to wanna support your local business and buy from you instead of going straight to Amazon? You're gonna get a much better ROI and you're gonna build great loyalty and a great audience. Same thing with the service based businesses.

People want to use a local business with a local story, right. So tell your story, talk about your people the projects you do in your local area so people use you. Digital TV is the way to get that message out there and make you stand out. And so that is tip number one, is to run a 30 second digital TV commercial to get your brand out there and tell your story. If you don't know how to do it, don't know how to get started, if you don't even know how to create a good video and get these ads running, reach out to Marketing 360, that's exactly what we do.

Tip number two is to run a brand search ad. A brand search ad is to running an ad on Google or a search engine like Bing, for when somebody searches your brand name. The beauty of that is when people are seeing your digital TV commercial they're gonna be compelled to go and search you out. So they're gonna go to search engines like Google and Bing and they're gonna type in your business name.

Now what you want is to control that real estate and that messaging, so that's a brand search ad which will be right at the top of the page.

It'll take a lot of real estate and you can control the messaging there and where people go. So you can drive them specifically into the landing page or pages that you want, and you can control that area there, and it has a huge conversion rate, so you get a lot of leads and sales from these types of ads. And they're very low cost because the keyword is essentially just your own name, so it's not as competitive. Now you'll wanna also rank organically right below that so that you own the top two spots. But even if you rank number one organically you should invest in a brand search ad because it allows you to control more of the real estate and the messaging, exactly what it says and where these people go.

Whereas with an organic ranking you can't control what the messaging says on the listing, Google determines that, and you can't really even control where they go, it probably just goes to your homepage or something like that.

But with the brand search ad you can drive them directly into a very specific landing page that puts the customer into the perfect funnel to drive more leads and sales. Tip number three is to run retargeting ads. Retargeting ads are ads when somebody comes to your site and then leaves your site or when they see you on social media and then move along on their day, after that, they're gonna be followed around by additional ads from your brand. So they're gonna see your ads on all the other social media channels that they go to, when they're on Instagram and Facebook, on YouTube, on LinkedIn, they're gonna see your brand everywhere.

This is gonna drive that traffic back to your site when these visitors are ready to actually convert. Because the first time they come to your site a lot of times they're just in research mode.

They're not ready to buy just yet or become a lead just yet. But if you stay in front of them, when they are ready they think of you first. So retargeting is just about staying top of mind so when somebody needs the products or services you sell they think of you first and you get the business.

Without retargeting they forget about you. They probably see your competitors' retargeting ads and they go with them. So to be competitive you need to make sure that you're running retargeting and this is gonna bring quality traffic back to your site at the best time when they're ready to actually buy. Tip number four is to run paid ads on search engines like Google and Bing for your very best keyword or keywords. You wanna keep this very tight.

So you want to target people in your service area and then you also wanna just pick a particular keyword or two that are very specific to what you do, these are the buying keywords. This is inbound traffic, so when somebody is searching for the things that you sell or do, you are there on top, they click on your ad and they go to your site and hopefully they convert.

They become a lead, they become a customer. If not, you'll continue to retarget 'em. But running a search ad for very specific keywords is effective.

It can be expensive, and so that's why you want to keep it very tight. If you don't have enough budget for this, running the digital TV ad with the search ad, with the retargeting ads is a great strategy by itself. But if you have additional budget, running keyword ads for your very best keywords, or if you sell products online, you might use something like Google Shopping, and once somebody types in a certain term on Google Shopping, your products show up, these are the types of ads that you run that are effective because they're inbound, meaning somebody needs the product or service that you sell right at that moment, and so that's why they're searching it, and your ad shows up.

And so that's key, but the thing is, you just wanna sure it's tight and effective and you're not running for so many keywords that you're wasting a lot of money. Just pick the very specific keywords we would call the golden keywords which are the ones that are most important to you to be visible when somebody searches.

Tip number five is to run targeted ads on social media, so like Instagram and Facebook, LinkedIn, possibly, if you're a B2B type of a business, maybe running some YouTube ads.

Pick the social media engines that your customers probably spend the most time and then target that audience. So target the right audience on social media, that if they were to see your content or any type of advertising, they would probably be interested in your brand at least at some point in the future. So you're creating brand awareness there. This is sort of like the digital TV concept but it's actually running your video ads or your static ads on social media, specifically as the channel.

So instead of running a TV commercial on ESPN, or the sports game or the, maybe the business channel or something like that, you're running that ad on the search, on the social network, LinkedIn or Facebook, et cetera. So this can be an very effective strategy but it can also be expensive because you spend a lot of money for people to see this advertising, and a lot of them don't pull the trigger 'cause maybe they're not interested at that moment, but it does build great brand awareness.

10 Ways to Get Quality Traffic to Your Website

And when people need the products or services you sell, you've rented space in their mind because of this advertising, and they think of you first and this drives quality traffic into your site. So here again, if you have the budget for it, this is a great strategy, maybe to invest a little bit. I would recommend you invest the most in digital TV, that's the most effective and most quality traffic, and then brand search ads is the next amount of budget that you spend, and then retargeting ads is the next amount of budget you spend.

If you have additional budget invest in the paid search campaign so that you're targeting your very best keywords. And if you still have a little budget leftover invest in social media advertising to target your audience on social media and get your ads out in front of them there.

Tip number six, which is the first tip when it comes to organic is to create quality content and post it on social media and do engagement there so you're active on social media and you can start to build a following of organic followers that follow your brand, follow your content. For this you gotta create interesting content that is either entertaining, educational, funny, possibly deals that you're putting out there, something that is adding value to your followers.

So quality content content that adds value, post that to social media.

The more the merrier, if you can post once a week, great, if you can post twice a week, better, if you can post three times a week, even better. But post content to social media, this gets free eyeballs on your brand and drives traffic back to your site. If you do have a little budget left over you could boost this content so every time you post something on Instagram, let's say, you could spend maybe $5 on that post just to get it seen by more people to boost that content, to get more eyeballs on it.

This will equate to more followers of your brand and it will also equate to more comments and engagement with your content and ultimately just build more brand awareness for your brand overall. Tip seven, second tip for organic is to send a monthly email campaign to all of your subscribers, all of your leads, all of your customers, past and present, send a campaign out every single month.

This is gonna be your best content. So if you're creating valuable content for social media, then what you do with a monthly email campaign is you just pick out the very best pieces of content and put that in the email campaign. So every month you're providing value in the email, it could be interesting information, educational information, tips, things that people that have subscribed to your brand and people that are a lead or a customer, current or past customer, would find interest in and value in. It needs to be valuable because they'll unsubscribe if it's not. So make sure it's valuable information.

You can include monthly deals and things like that if that makes sense, but think about what's valuable there.

The key is with email is even if people don't read the email, if they even see it show up in their inbox, that's a split second of them recognizing and thinking about your brand. If they read the email, that's even better, that even sinks in even more, they'll probably click links in the email and that drives quality traffic to your site. But at minimum, it just rents space in their mind. They think of you every month for a second, that way in the future when they need the products or services that you sell or they know somebody who does, they think of you first and they recommend you.

Tip number eight which is the third organic tip is to post this content to your website or your blog.

This is gonna build SEO value to your site. So SEO value means that you rank on Google or Bing for your best keywords. As you're writing this content and creating this content and creating videos and things like this, make sure that you're posting it to your website to a relevant page on your website, so maybe a landing page or a product page or a service page, or at minimum, to your blog, and this is creating additional content to your site all the time. And if you're doing this every month or more than that even, if you can do it every week, that's great, then Google's constantly crawling your site, and it's saying, oh wow, this site added more content about these keywords and these phrases so when people search these things we should make this site rank higher.

And so by continually posting great content, quality content to your site, that adds value, you're gonna see an increase in rankings over time for your very best keywords. This is gonna save you advertising budget 'cause maybe you're spending money on one or two keywords that are really good but not the other ones because it could be too expensive.

But if you can get there organically you can at least catch that traffic that way, right, and it builds more awareness for your brand, more visibility for your brand. Google's kind of like the digital streets of America these days. And with marketing, it used to be about location, location, location, physically, and it still is, but now it's digitally.

And all the keywords on Google, they're are like busy streets in America for your brand. So if you can rank high on all those busy digital streets you're gonna get your brand seen more and you're gonna get more and more traffic. So how do you do that? Well you do that by creating content for those keywords and phrases on an ongoing basis. So you can kill all these birds with one stone because you create valuable content, you post it to social media, you then send it in your email, you then post it to your website, you're only creating the content, one valuable piece of content, but you're distributing it on all these organic channels which is getting you free traffic and free visibility for your brand.

Tip number nine, which is the fourth tip on the organic side is to post your content to your Google My Business profile. So your business probably has a Google profile page, especially if you're a local business, this is very valuable, and posting this content using the Google post widget which is a seven day post widget, you can get more rankings on your Google Maps. So if you wanna rank higher on Google Maps and your local city, you need reviews, you need to update pictures on your Google profile, that will help, but using this post widget it's really valuable as well because Google sees that you're constantly posting new content to your Google My Business, your active business, you're doing the right things and that's gonna help you rank higher than your competitors out there. It also, it creates additional visibility on your profile, makes it larger, it stands out and it drives traffic to your site and a particular landing page of your choice, so it's high quality traffic being driven in to the right page.

How To Get Traffic To Your Online Business From Home For Free [ WOW!!]

How To Get Traffic To Your Online Business From Home For Free

What's Up Fam It's your boy Pastor Dre. And then this video, we're going to be talking about how to get traffic to your online business from home for free. Keep it locked. All right. Not only does this work to get traffic to your online business, but it works to get traffic to your church Web site, your business Web site.

Maybe you got a personal Web site.

I want to show you some tips on what you can do. The first thing you want to do is you have a Web site, right? A lot of people promote their actual Web site, which is good, but the best way to get traffic for free is to create a blog. So right here, I got a blog.

Lets go ahead. And click my blog. We're gonna go to the blog. Now, like I said, this could be for your business. Could be for your church Web site.

You always want to have a blog. Why do you want to have a blog? Because with a blog, you can get your Web site to rank for several different keywords. See all these blogs? You want to optimize them for keywords.

If I didn't have this blog say and I only had one page, which was my home page. And then other pages like contact us, about, free resources. That's great. But then it limits what I can optimize my Web site for or, you know. So I only have three pages that I could optimize.

And that's the only thing that's gonna get me traffic to my Web site unless I, of course, promote my Web site.

You know on social media bu t the best way to get free traffic is with a blog because it opens up so many more different streams of having people to come to your Web site. So if I go to blog here, right, all these blogs that are written, I, I want to optimize them for different keywords. OK, so you got how to use SEO for your Web site, how to do LinkedIn marketing, how to use LinkedIn for business. So these are keywords that these blogs are trying to rank for.

OK. So every blog you write, it gives you an opportunity to rank for keywords. Usually what happens is when you optimize for longtail keywords, you also probably get ranked for some of the words inside of here, like best managed WordPress. You can get ranked for that. You got best managed WordPress hosting.

Then you got best Managed WordPress hosting platform. So this opens up the opportunity for you to rank for several different keywords from just one blog.

OK. So say I go here. What is the best keyword research tool for SEO?

And I click that. OK. So now what this does is anybody that's searching for a tool for SEO has an opportunity to come across my blog, especially if it's ranking high in Google. And that's the way you get your blogs to rank high is through search engine optimization, which I could put a link in the in the video for free course for you that will teach you SEO. Now, once you learn SEO, that teaches you how to optimize your blog for certain keywords.

So you got this blog here, right? What is the best keyword research tool for SEO? Now this is one blog on my Web site. So if you have several different blogs with a lot of different content, that gives you more opportunity to be in front of more people.

It could work for your business.

It works for your church. Because what can happen is we just have three pages on our Web site then a lot of our promotion has to be done manually. But when you have a blog, it's called Organic Traffic. And what happens is when you start ranking in Google. Let me just show you real quick.

So I'm going to take this keyword here. I'm going to copy it and I'm gonna go to Google. OK? And then I'm going to paste in that keyword. And let's see what what's ranking for that keyword.

OK, so we're gonna go to Google and I'm going to paste that keyword here. Boom. What is the best tool for SEO? So if you look at all these here. If you notice, this one is a blog.

You see that go down here, what's that a blog? What's that a blog? What's that a blog? What's that a blog? What's that a blog?

So a lot of these are blogs. So you don't see I mean, there's not a lot that just says Web site. Right? So the the the exciting part is when you have a blog on your Web site, you could rank for several different keywords. And then that leads them to your Web site.

So, for example, if I go here and I'm at this blog, I have an opportunity to go to the home page. I can go to the free resources page and go to the contact us page.

But their entrance point was from a blog. So I really want to encourage you if you want to get free traffic. Now the here's the heavy thing.

These are advertisements if you see here, advertisement as advertisement. People are paying for that. Now, these people down here. That's after the advertisement. This is all free because they optimize their blogs to rank for that keyword.

So Google is constantly promoting their material when anybody types in this keyword and it's for free. So the more content you get on your Web site and the better optimized it is for keywords, the better chance you have of getting free traffic. And I have a free course for SEO and let me tell you, it works for your business. It works for your church because it's good to have a Web site. But if people are not searching for your content then all your promotion is limited to manual promotion.

How To Get Traffic To Your Online Business From Home For Free

So you want to get keywords that people are actually typing into Google that will get your blog to show up and leads them to your Web site. What we could do sometimes is we write great content, but it's about keywords that people are not searching for, so then we wonder, how come I'm not getting traffic to my Web site because people are not actually typing in that keyword in Google, you want to write content on keywords that people are actually typing into Google.

How do you find that out? How do you find out what people are typing into Google through a keyword research tool? And one of the ones I use is called Jaaxy.

Actually this is a blog right here on what is the best keyword research tool for SEO. And I use Jaaxy. And here's some topics that if you want to get access to this blog, I'll put that in the link. I'll put a link in the video also. So I'll put a link to my SVO course and I'll put a link to this keyword research, tool.

I mean, I'll put a link to this actual blog where you can learn about the keyword research tool that I use, because what a keyword research tool will do is this.

Let me go to the tool real quick, OK. If I go here and I say and I type in what OK, what is the best keyword research tool for SEO? When I type that into this keyword research tool it is going to give me some results, it's gonna tell me how many people are actually searching that word. So let's look at it real quick and then I'll get ready to let you go.

If you look here, it says, what is the best keyword research tool for SEO? So I type that in. So my keyword research tool gave me some results.

It tells me that this word gets an average search of 79 times a month. The traffic, they're telling you if you rank.

If you reach page one on Google, your average about 14 people to see your site. OK. You'll get 14, you know, 14 people, which is considered traffic. Now if I go here and I click the get QSR, this is telling me actually how many competing Web sites there are for this actual keyword. So there's actually 44 Web sites that are optimized for this exact keyword.

And then it tells me the score of the keyword, which is a 93, which is really good. But I wouldn't know this without a keyword research tool. I could type in this word. And I don't know if people are searching it. It might be good, might not be good.

But the way you find out is through a keyword research tool. So then this tells me this is a good keyword to write my content on. And like I said, this is more for SEO, but you could do it for your church.

What are people typing in for churches? How do I find a church near me?

What is a good church where I can grow? There's different things that people may type in for a church. OK. So then the only way you're going to find out if they're typing that in is if you go to your keyword research tool. But if you're guessing, then you're not really for sure, then that's probably why you might not get traffic to your Web site, to your business Web site, to your church Web site.

So I hope this has helped you out. And this is very valuable information right here. Now, a lot of keyword research tools. You do have to pay for them. Now, you could give free ones, but they're probably going to give me give you limited searches, which I can put a link in the video that will give you access to this keyword tool, but it only gives you 30 searches.

You could try it out. You know, see if it works for you. So we'll put three links in this video. We'll put one to my free SEO course and then put one to that blog. And I'll put one on how you could get free access to this keyword research tool.

But if you really want to get a most out of a keyword research tool, you're probably going to have to pay for it.

But let me tell you, it's worth it because then it tells you what to write your content about. All right. If you have any questions. Hit me up.

Is your boy Pastor Dre, don't forget to like and subscribe if you would like to be notified when I release more videos because I'm trying to help you to get your church online presence to another level, trying to help you get your business online presence to another level. It's two thousand and twenty. If your church is not online or your business is not online, then you're kind of outdated. OK, so I hope this has helped you out. And like I said, if you have any questions, post them in the comment section.

As a matter of fact, do me a favor. If you've heard of a keyword research tool and it's not new to you.

I want you to say yes, I've heard of it. If hearing about a keyword research tool is new to you. I want you to post in the comments section.

No, I have not heard of a keyword research tool. So just give me a yes or no. If it's new to you, that will be cool. And like I said, if you have any questions, post them in the comment section. Don't forget the like and subscribe so you can be notified when I release new videos.

Get Paid $700 Without Any Skills *Sleep & Earn* (Make Money Online)

Hey folks, do you have money problems because of how difficult it is to earn money?  Maybe you just need some extra cash in your pocket. Today, I'll teach you how to make money  without doing any hard work. There's no need for an emailing list, and there are no tricks  involved. This is a free and simple strategy that works anywhere around the globe, so don't  be concerned if you think it won't work for you.

Now, let's go back to the video. This website that  I'm going to show you is called Clickbank. Clickbank is an affiliate marketing site,  where you can sign up for an account and then choose from hundreds of products  to advertise using your affiliate link.

If someone purchases a product through your affiliate link,  you will receive a commission. Using Clickbank is simple.

First, type in or go to clickbank.com. If you don't have such an account, create one using your information, such as your name  and email address, and create a password. Once you're signed up and ready to go, you can begin  choosing a product or service to advertise. For today's video, the types of products I want you  to promote are those in the e-business and e-marketing sector, like this one right here  that says "be paid to utilize Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube." Click the affiliate page link at the  bottom of the page to be sent to a different page. Once you're on the page, I want you to look for  specific affiliate tools, specifically the videos tab at the top. There are many different types of  tools listed above, but I want you to look for the videos button.

When you press the videos button,  it will take you to the videos section of the page, where you'll see a collection of videos.  Once you're there, select a video to download.

For example, try downloading this news video. At the bottom of the video, there's a text that says “click to download video”  next to the text that says the title of the video you might want to download. Once your video has  done uploading, go to your youtube account and hit this camera with a plus icon to pick  the option that says upload. If you don't have a youtube account, you may sign up for one for free. Once you click upload, you will be sent to the YouTube Creator Studio, where you may submit  the video you just downloaded.

To upload the video you just downloaded,  either drag it from the downloads tab or look for it in the download folder  and click the downloaded file.

While the video is still downloading, you'll need to fill in  additional details that will help your video stand out. First, you may give the video a title;  the title usually doesn't matter, as long as it's somewhat related to the video you downloaded.  Let's say our title is “One-month social media job.” Now go back to Clickbank and get your affiliate link for the same product by clicking the promote  button beside the product.

A pop-up page will appear. Make sure to hit the generate Hoplink  to make your affiliate link and copy it. Once you have your Hoplink, go to any URL shortener  website, such as Bitly, and shrink your URL. To do this, go to the Bitly website and log in.  If you don't have an account, make sure to get one for free.

Once you're registered and  logged in, shrink your URL on the website. Before we go any deeper, I'll give you some  time to subscribe to the channel and give it big thumbs up if you've loved the video thus  far. And if you found this video interesting and informative, please leave a comment below. Returning to the video, once you've shortened your URL, be sure to include it in your description  with some text that says something like "sign up for free now" and then put your shortened  link next to it.

Get Paid $700 Without Any Skills *Sleep & Earn* (Make Money Online)

It doesn't have to be anything fancy or spectacular, but if you want it to be,  that's OK.

Once you've entered both the title and the description, go to the visibility  page and make sure to set it to unlisted, not private, not public, simply unlisted. After the video has been uploaded, go to this website called answerthepublic.com.

This website  allows anyone to ask questions and input keywords, so what we'll do right now is set the country to  the United States and type make money online in the search bar. The results will show you  the most popular keywords as well as topics related to your make money online input.

Next,  we'll go to Google Ads and create a new ad campaign using the preset create a campaign  without a goal's guidance. We'll create a video campaign and pick a custom video campaign. Once you've chosen the type of campaign, you'll need to fill in some details about it.  For example, let's say the title for this one is "earn money with zero work." Next, set a budget  for this video, say $15 per day.

Then, under the networks, just check the boxes for YouTube videos  and Google search results. This is important, so do this. Instead of selecting all nations  and territories in the territories section, choose the United States of America because they have a  larger buyer population than other countries, and then as you scroll down alter the ad group name. Let's use campaign group 1 as an example. Down here, you'll input the keywords for your ad,  and what you'll do is just copy keywords and phrases from your search and the answer  to the public website.

Add the keywords that you want and think will generate a lot of traffic.  The next step is to copy the URL of the video we uploaded and paste it into the create your  video ad bar. Once you've done that, make sure to select the skippable in-stream Ad option,  and the final URL is the page that the user will be directed to if they click on the ad. Finally, check the box that says Call to Action.

How To Start Buying Websites On Flippa (Top 3 Search Criteria)

How To Start Buying Websites On Flippa (Top 3 Search Criteria)

Hi Liz here with you and in this video i want to share with you what you need to look for when  you're going out and buying your first website on flippa now the flippa platform is a fantastic  place for beginners to get started in the buying and renovating and selling websites marketplace.

Because there's a whole range of websites available on there right from a dollar up to many  millions of dollars so that's a great place and there's a lot there for sale new listings coming  on every day into the marketplace and so that's where we get our students to start out and in  this video what i want to show you is what we're looking for.

And what we teach people to look for  so you can get started out really strong in this marketplace now one of the things before you even  go on to flippa and start looking for websites to buy very exciting but what we need to do first of  all is think about the strategy going in so matt and my strategy and what's been really successful  for us is that we go in wanting to find websites that are as leveraged as possible  that we can renovate so we can add some value to that we could potentially sell again later  or keep for the cash flow so when we go in with that kind of search image onto the Flippa platform.

We're looking for a different thing that maybe many other people are looking for and one of  the things that we are looking for we're looking for websites that um are content websites because  what we found in our experience is those are the most leveraged we don't have to buy stock um so  there's less investment there we don't have to organize deliveries or work with drop shippers  there's a lot less moving parts in in our world and what for what we do we find content sites  are the most leveraged websites we can buy and also we find it easier to add value to those.

Websites as well so that's why we choose content sites so i'll show you on Flippa actually how we  find these particular sites now as you get more experienced you're going to want to  look for websites that have some really nice existing profit good solid ongoing traffic.

So  that you're buying yourself an asset that is going.

To be consistent and ongoing that's one of the  major factors that we're looking.

For in our due diligence process is is this website going to keep  making the money that it's making now and that's a lot of the questions in our due diligence process  are to be able to answer that question so we can feel safe investing in that website  now when you're beginning though we recommend all our students start small and i think that's  really smart in the marketplace you might have heard of paper trading when you first start  trading shares you go into the market with only a small amount of money or even just paper  trading to get used to the marketplace to really learn without investing a huge amount of money.

And i will do another video about the biggest mistakes that beginners make when they do get into  buying websites on the Flippa platform or any on any platform one of those biggest mistakes  is just starting too big too quick if you haven't got a lot of experience so if you're just starting  out new start small you've got the luxury matt and i used to be brokers um in the offline world  we worked in mergers and acquisitions and you know these guys are spending or even in in small  business sales we're looking at people spending half a million dollars or more on a business  and some of them not having any small business experience at all so now that's a lot of money.

To put on the line to take to risk um when you're getting into a first investment on Flippa.

We can buy our first website for under a thousand dollars sometimes under a few hundred dollars.

Under five hundred dollars now that's a great way to start and we've got quite a few examples  on our channel here if you go to the success stories um you'll see event jasmine you'll see  um nathan alexa these guys um bought websites and renovated them and they their first websites were  under a thousand dollars and a few of them actually they've sold uh you'll see nathan  alex's story uh they sold theirs for almost 17 000 after the renault so it's a really nice strategy  to go in small learn get your team in place get everything organized then you can step up  to those bigger deals so this is the wonderful thing about Flippa we can start small but what  are the websites today.

What i want to show you is okay how do we find these websites what are the.

What are these little gold nuggets that we can pick up that we can add some value to  and and improve so that we could potentially either pay it off to ourselves as quickly as  possible so we reduce our risk to pretty much zero at that point or renovate to sell again  and build up our bank and then maybe step up to the next level website where we're buying a  tens of thousands of dollar website rather than a 500 or a thousand.

Or up to say two or three  thousand dollar website so what i'm going to do is we're going to we're going to go in and look  for some content sites and i'm going to go live on Flippa and actually show you how we do our search  we're going to look for a little bit of maybe a little bit of profit we it'd be ideal if it had  some traffic some people coming and visiting the website because that's that's what we're trying  to buy we're trying to buy leverage someone else has done the work to put the website together it's  got some age got some history um we're bypassing basically the benefit of buying a website.

Is we  bypass all that build phase and all that startup phase and we buy so we're buying time basically  the time that it took to put the website together the time that it took to write all that content  and the time that it's taken it might have aged online for potentially a few months or a few years  ideally a few years um that's that's worth it that that um history of a website so we're looking for  profit we're looking maybe for a little bit of traffic.

But not necessarily depending on  what your strategy is um we're looking for a specific niche so um not only do we focus on  content websites there's certain niches and topics that the websites are about that we  look for so we really want to focus on particular niches.

And then we're looking for opportunities  to grow so we need to make sure that we've got websites that have the ability to be renovated  it's just like when you buy houses it's like buying those diamonds in the rough it means that  you're going to make more money and have less risk so let's go live on the Flippa platform  and have a look for how we search for these websites these first websites to buy on Flippa  okay so here we are over on the Flippa platform.

And we're going to start looking for some websites to buy so we can browse the website  you can go in here through to the all websites and we will have a look at what's here today  now you probably need to click on the see your websites if you're at the next level up and you're  looking for larger websites you might want to have a look through the editor's choice because there's  some good stuff in there but when we're starting out and doing our first websites we want to look  at more the smaller websites like what like i was saying we want to now ideally we want over here  on the left hand side there's a live search bar and it's great Flippa have now updated that so it  does a live search for us ideally what we want now the difference between here established websites  are websites.

That have been built they've usually got some traffic they've got so people visiting  them sometimes they've got a little bit of profit already the starter sides are just built um  to sell like they they don't necessarily have any traffic they may not have unique content  now for your very first website if you just want a little cheapy to kind of get in the market and  see what it's like to buy a website we say to our students yeah go for it buy a starter site  take it from there it's already built still and you can start adding content you can  do a little bit of a renovation.

But just be aware a starter site is going to take longer  to be profitable because it is starting from zero so what we'll do in this search  though is we'll look at some established sites as i was saying before our strategy.

Is content sites um because we have been in manufacturing um we've had wholesale and  distribution businesses in the offline world and you know we don't like having stock or  inventory i don't like having our money tied up in that we like to have  websites that are totally leveraged that make their money from advertising or information or  affiliate products.

So that's the sort of websites because we like the leverage of that  so we will only look at content websites so we can leave all those blogs directories reviews forums  so you can see now we're getting down to some nice websites there you can actually put in a number  of monthly users if you want to so if you want a certain level of traffic to be able to apply  for an adsense account with google or to get onto amazon.

It's good to have a little bit of traffic  already on your website um for amazon you need to make a sale within three months so ideally  you want some some traffic on a website that you if you're applying for an amazon affiliate account  so you might want to do that but the other way to do it is to put a profit range so if this is your  very first website i would suggest you go from a profit range of zero to say fifty dollars a month.

That means what we're going to see is websites that aren't too big they're probably not going  to go for a huge amount of money um and that means we filter out the larger ones  we're going to see websites that are probably in that's under a hun under a thousand dollar range.

Except for that one of course that's gonna prove me wrong as a two million dollar one  but it does it's showing no net profit so there you go um you can put in a price  range if you want maybe you say okay maximum price that i want to pay is three thousand  um that will then filter out those high level ones that are zero profit but have a value because of  their history and other things um you may want to put some age on it say three or six months.

Um you don't need to obviously if it's zero years old it means it's a starter site it's got no  history um so it's not potentially as valuable as one that has been online for a little bit  these ones i think we can just leave those we'll just um go with that and now let's see what we've  got because now we go down to the level of all right so what sort of websites are we looking for  and the thing when i'm doing this this first scan through the results um we're training our  students to look for for topics where they can add content where it would add value to the website  and ideally in a niche like we say the three magic niches are health wealth and happiness.

And so we don't really want to have websites that are um software as a service  or things like this where we've got a website and design and style i'd have to look into that  but that wouldn't be one that would catch my eye the dabble my food wiki sounds interesting.

So i'd probably have a look at that one it's five years old so it's got some nice history  it's not making a lot of money but perhaps what we're going to do is go in there and see could we  improve that monetization so at the moment it's making money out of adsense the google advertising  program potentially maybe we could add amazon affiliate products.

As well maybe we could add  other affiliate products maybe we could add some information products to the website.

And  increase the monetization or potentially we could just be adding more content and  increase the traffic and increase our adsense or monetize um we call it advertising revenue the other ones that i did stand out to me potentially okay so we've got fit notch here  um that's a website in the health and beauty it's monetized with amazon it's a year old so  it's got a little bit of age on it and it says it's making 47 a month now obviously at this.

Point i'm not doing due diligence what i'm showing you is just the initial scan of the Flippa results  to show okay these are the ones that i would click into to research further because what they are is  they're about a particular uh topic so fitness um there's lots of money in fitness there's lots of  content that you can write in fitness so that's one that we would go okay let's have a look at it  um a lot of the tech ones we tend to avoid the tech ones because tech moves so fast there's a lot  of content you can create in tech websites um so you if you're into tech this is the thing you know.

You don't have to be into the particular topic because we can have we have content writers who  write the content um so and actually actually now i'm thinking we have owned a few tech blogs and  they've done very well um i haven't managed those ones matt's been managing those ones  so there's some there is definitely money to be made in tech so you might have a look and see  what that one is about um general knowledge ones club enigma where they're monetized by adsense.

It  tends to be they're they're harder people aren't looking particularly for that content um the sites  we're looking for they answer questions and solve problems um these general knowledgey kind of ones  you need a heck of a lot of content for to um to make profitable um generally so we tend  to avoid those ones we i would much prefer this one best massage chair guide boom it's  monetized with amazon at the moment but what i'd be thinking is could i get other affiliate  products other affiliate offers and actually if you watch uh one of our success stories lisa.

That's what she's done really well she's broadened the monetizations of her sites she's  got a site she bought for two thousand dollars it's now making seven thousand dollars a month  because she picked up one just like this it was actually i think she yeah she bought it for 2 000  and um she's just gone direct to um the product manufacturers or the better affiliate offers  and now gets a much higher affiliate commission than the original owner did on the website  so that's the sort of thing we do to renault these sites um we've got um bowling bowling.

Os so that's a that's a really nice passionate niche sporting niche so i might go in and have.

A look at that one pet hair guards yep anything in the pet niche that's always worth it worth a look  i don't know what screwyism is 20 days to a better life e for effort agent um those ones  are a bit more challenging again it's a little bit more general knowledge it's a bit more  uh not so much what we're looking for is things that people would look up on google so people  are already searching for so um i would probably pass over that one and same with anything creative  creative sisters unless it's some i'd have to look at that but maybe if it's it's creative  like things for kids or something like that but it doesn't look like something we'd be  interested in a creativity blog now that's not to say you can't make money out of it of course.

This is just i'm just showing you what our strategy and what our filters would would get  you um so there's lots of websites there you know you can go through and find all sorts of websites.

But like i was saying um goodgamingdesk.com beautiful review ads it's they've got adsense  on at the moment but if it's gaming desks i would be putting amazon or other affiliate products  on there so we're looking for these ways that we can that one's just at six bucks at the moment  so and if you want to have some fun especially as a beginner if you want to see now obviously going  and finding some bigger websites is fun too you can you can increase this up to so take off your.

Your three thousand dollar dollar restriction put that up to a thousand dollars a month maybe  anything making from five hundred to a thousand dollars a month just to have a look around.

That's good fun because that shows you what's in the marketplace and what people are making  out of these websites but let's go back to our zero to fifty or let's say a hundred dollars and  um one of the things you can do is scroll down and have the ones that have only got  a couple of hours left so then you can see what the bids are at right near the end of  the auction and you might pick yourself up a little bargain so you can see there we've got.

A thousand dollars tattoos tattoos is tricky as well i wouldn't necessarily recommend the tattoo  sites although that's four years old it's got some good age on it that's making a little bit of  money so maybe worth having a look um 280 500 so here's where you can potentially pick yourself up  a bargain 160 dollars um now i'm not looking at the topics there of course

Private Blog Networks - Value Packed or Total Scam?

Private Blog Networks - Value Packed or Total Scam?

Hey, welcome back Rankers! Big congratulations to Nikalene Riddle of Skinnymixers, which we talked about last week. She was the number one most improved e-commerce site in the world according to Shopify. So that’s pretty good ’cause she runs her store, on Shopify and the blogs on WordPress. There’s a whole bunch of optimisations that could happen there and she can become even bigger.

I wanted to talk to you … last week, we were talking about brand and how it helps and Niky is a prime example of that. This week I want to talk to you about some of the old-style practises that don’t help and a couple of surprising things that I’ve learned over the weekend.

So I got an email during the week from a web spammer basically. He sent me this list of guest post sites. He’s calling it a private blog network and this is something that is quite common now and I even got asked about this at a conference earlier in the year.

Is it worth doing PBNs?And of course, my answer is always no ’cause that’s just the way I … Look, to me, trying to get backlinks for ranking is a little bit like trying to get applause before the performance. You know, it’s like, “No, that’s not what backlinks are about. Backlinks are about you, you’re good. Here you go, here’s a backlink.” Anyway, so I got this list and I thought, “Oh this is hilarious,” because it was all about guest posting and writing and even the subject header was English as a second language and it was disjointed and there were major grammatical errors in the email and I thought, “Why would anyone respond to this in a positive way when you’re talking about writing and you get something that doesn’t make sense?” So I tweeted it to John Mueller and Gary Illyes at Google, he’s one of the guys that runs a lot of the webinars, the workshops or webmaster central webinars.

And he said, “Hey, I can double-check if you can forward me the list.” So I did and what was interesting and what came out of that and I’ll show you some … I mean, have a look at this. So I’ve just grabbed one of these at random, right, and then I’ve gone and had a look at the site and this site looks pretty ordinary and we’ve already got backlinks here actually.

Movers in Plano, in Texas probably. And here you’ve got down here, hotshopmoving.com.They’re already selling backlinks off the front page at this thing, look at all the content, look at all the categories but look at some of the headings, right? Getting your roof repaired after hurricane season sounds fine.“A few information about home…” “A few information?” I mean, you know. The language is terrible. So you look at it and think, “Do I want my brand associated with that?” But not only that, you look to see if it’s indexed and that was not even indexed.

You certainly are not going to achieve any page rank. But one of the interesting things that John said was that he likes passing these things on to the web spam team which he did and he said that quite often these links are already being ignored. And sometimes they’re not.So that is a very good reason to keep up with your disavows, because if someone’s doing negative SEO on you, and there’s been a few cases over the last week, you might have thought that since Penguin real time and since Google has been saying over the last six months, “You don’t really have to worry about bad backlinks anymore, we’re pretty good at catching them. And for the most part, bad backlinks or dodgy backlinks are being discounted. You don’t really have to worry about reporting.” I think you do have to worry about reporting.I think you should be disavowing still and I think if you are in the situation where you see a site above you, ranking higher than you and you check their backlinks and you come up with stuff like … well this one, I’ve just done this one this morning.

So I just used ‘cheapest bin hire’ and I’m using bin hire because I know there is a lot of spam in that industry. Anything that is low cost usually involves these sorts of backlinks and what I mean by these sorts, I mean these sorts.

So you get, this is a backlink to that ‘cheapest bin hire’, you see you get a variety of links that looks legit but isn’t. And all of these sites here would have been paying for these links and you know, maybe … look there’s another one, stows.com.au. So you know,’ cheapest bin hire’, he’s getting a link from a same page that probably one of his competitors is getting a link from as well.

Private Blog Networks - Value Packed or Total Scam?

So I don’t know if you really want that either, but stuff like this, links like this still goes on.

But from what John Mueller is saying is that, “Hey, you know what, if you do see them, probably should report them and keep an eye on your disavow ’cause if people are doing stuff like this to you, you just want to make sure that you’re just checking every now and again on a regular basis, make sure that the links that you are getting are legitimate ones.” And for instance, bloggersSEO. So bloggersSEO for those of you who don’t know it’s about teaching bloggers SEO. And we’ve got a free group over in Facebook and I just went to have a look at the backlinks the other day because bloggersSEO ranks really well in the US for ‘SEO system’ and it’s not something we have tried to do but we’re number three in New York for ‘SEO system’ and I think we’re number seven or eight in LA for ‘SEO system’.

And we haven’t tried to rank it well there; we’ve just been getting the thing up and running. But when I go and have a look at the backlinks, and you can do this inside of search console, I was quite surprised about how many backlinks it actually has. Because we didn’t … I mean, we created probably two, right? And that’s really … let me just show you. So you go search traffic, links to your site, so it says here we’ve got 175 links, so it’s like “Wow, really?

That’s a lot.”And I’ve gone and had a look at them. Okay, here are the top 52 domains. So ProBlogger, so we wrote some guest posts on there. And StewArt Media, I just made an announcement to say that, “Hey, here is bloggersSEO, if you’re looking for a blog,” and every time I’m talking about blog or bloggers, I’ll throw a link at it.

But all of these, I don’t know whose linking to us at all these sites. Like player.fm, I don’t know. No idea. Affiliate business, all this sort of stuff.

I don’t know. We haven’t done anything to get those backlinks and some of them will be, you know, describing sites and those sorts of things but a lot of them just might be other bloggers talking about stuff that they’ve learned in the group, hopefully that’s what’s going on there. But the other thing to consider here is that Google can obviously see these backlinks but they can also see that there are 2,600 or nearly 2,700 people in the Facebook group talking about bloggersSEO as well. Anyway, moral of the story here is that yeah, you probably should still report spammy backlinks if your competitor is using them and is above you.

I got no problem with that and I know a few SEOs I know don’t like me saying that but hey, if they’re above you and they’re doing the wrong thing, I’d rather Google become a better search engine, have better results and certainly have my client higher than its competitors.

And also, just regularly check your backlinks, make sure no one’s is doing any negative SEO on you ’cause you might want to do another disavow. That’s it for this week; we’ll see you next week.

Thanks very much. Bye..

The true cost of not investing in SEO

The true cost of not investing in SEO

- That's workin' for ya. And so, I mentioned earlier on that there are tools and systems out there, especially if you have Salesforce as your CRM. And there's others that are out there. This is a report that was generated from InsightSquared. For some of you folks who are using Salesforce and further are familiar with InsightSquared, you don't need to invest in something like that because, again, in the evolution of digital marketing, you're just not there yet, but, And this is, you know, by having your sales reps use Salesforce properly and, you can get reports that look like this, right?

Where you're able to look at it, and again this is what? One, two, three, four step process, much like we looked at before.

You know, for this business, they had x amount of qualified leads that came in, and 70% of them kind of graduated to, you know, you present a solution, of that, you know, 45% were "a technical fit." Of that, here's how many proposals were generated, right? 79% of that.

And of that, sales was able to close 83%, so kind of a different view, different industry, obviously, right? And so the important point is to, one, know that there's tools and systems out there that can give you this type of view and, two, it's really important to know what your conversion rates are because that's a good segway into identifying, all right, from SEO specifically, what can I get based off of people coming from search engines? So, how can SEO impact my business? And for some of you who attended one of our first web clincs that we gave, I talked about this at length.

And it's an important function, right?

All too often, people don't go through the rough math. And it doesn't have to be perfect math. Rough math, cowboy math if you will, on, okay, if I go after x amount of keywords with x amount of volume, and here's how many clicks I get, now I can apply my Demand Waterfall conversion rates. How much revenue, how many sales qualified leads, are at stake? And does it make business sense to even invest in SEO?

And this is one of the things, the calculations, that we like to do as part of our consultation. If at any point you say, "You know, this would be interesting to know." Because maybe your marketing cycle and investment period is coming up, and you think this would be a good calculation, feel free to reach out in the Q&A chat and we'd love to help you out with it.

We're going to walk through this step-by-step applying that marketing Demand Waterfall that we just walked through. A few components that you need to consider when going through this is you need to get the monthly traffic volume.

Ideally, you have your analytics data so you know your raw conversion rate, your qualification rate, your sales accepted all the way to close rate. And, again, if you don't have perfect numbers in place, you can use some of the conversion rates that we offered up. So, going through this a few things that you need to know. One, you need to have the keywords that you care about. Two, you need to know what the monthly search volume is and to get that search volume and, again, we'll do some live analyses at the end here.

And I'll walk you through exactly what tools to use so you can run these numbers on your own if you want to, but here we're taking a look at what, this is just, excuse me, ten keywords or so, and looking at over a million searches on a monthly basis.

Now comes the math part of this. And, again, this is based off of the campaigns that we manage, and so, And if you want to know your exact click-through rate. In other words, for every hundred searches and every hundred times that you show up on Google search results page, on page one, you should at least get a 7% click-through rate, right? And if you want to know your exact numbers, you need to link up your Google Analytics with Webmaster Tools and there's a search engine optimization tab in Google Analytics that you can click through to look at what your click-through rate is on page one for Google organic alone, right?

So what we tend to see and, again, I get your numbers might be a little bit different.

What we're taking 7% of this search volume, so if you wanted to know, "Hey, for my business, keywords that I care about, what might I expect as I get better visibility for these terms?" We're taking 7% of this volume, so a million monthly searches times 7% click-through rate, and, again, this is what we see on average. Yours is going to be different. I explain how to get that number.

Connect Webmaster Tools with Google Analytics and there's a search engine optimization tab that you click through and you can run your filters. If you have questions on that at all, type in the Q&A chat and we'd be happy to help you out with it.

Here's how many new website visitors you're at stake. A good exercise to go through before even investing in a campaign or hiring someone internally or hiring an agency like us, might be, "Does it make business sense at the end of all this?" Because I'm trying to... Let's say you have ten grand to spend on marketing for the year. Of that ten grand, your goal is to drive x amount of deals for sales, right? If you're able to cheaper leads and qualified leads from SEO versus that new trade show that's asking fifty grand just to even have a five by five booth, you might get a better return on this versus, say, doing another trade show.

These are things that you can be more strategic about as you go through this type of analysis.

The true cost of not investing in SEO

So, 71,000 website visitors are at stake, right? That's an important number. Now we have the top of the funnel type of, all right, here's how many new website visitors I have to my site based off of optimizing for SEO potentially. So, of that, now we apply the inquiry rate.

Remember I said before, anywhere from one to two to 3% on average and we'll talk a little bit more about how to improve that conversion rate.

We're taking, so in other words, for every hundred people that come from organic search, let's take that 3% conversion rates, on the higher end, every hundred people that come to your website from SEO, you should get at least three net new leads. This was, obviously, someone else's business. You're going to have your own, and apply your Google organic conversion rate. So here's how many net new leads are at stake.

For this business, taking a look at these keywords. Of that, just because you're a lead does not mean you're qualified, right? We mentioned that you might want to have a lead development rep or someone on call looking for that budget need, timing, and authority. We're taking on the lower end, right? We said 80/20 rule, so we're taking 15% qualification rate.

Here's how many net new leads are at stake. So, at this point, you might want to stop, right? Because you're saying, "Okay, now I have 269 leads. How much did it take to generate those 269 new leads?" Well, your time, you're hiring someone internally to do this, you need to take into account their salary.

If you're hiring an agency like us, what is the cost for us to run this for you? And now you can do some math. What did I pay for that new lead? And how did that compare to my other investments? So, the trade shows that I'm invested in, the channel marketer that I'm paying, you know, hundred bucks a new lead for.

And how does that compare? For some folks, the math is way better. They're saying, "Wow, if I can get leads at that rate, that would totally blow out any of the other investments that I'm doing." In this case, we're taking a really low close rate, right, 10% and if sales can only close (mumbles) of qualified leads, then I start asking questions like, "Maybe we're being too loose on letting too many leads come in. Maybe we should have that lead development rep ask a couple more questions." Because a 10% rate is on the low end, but we're being conservative here.

Because people come from the Web and who knows, but you've already qualified them, right? So, point being is, depending upon your conversion rate at each stage of the funnel, you can be more stringent and, kind of, tighten up the noose higher up. Or, if you're just getting a trickle out, out of the bottom, hey you might want to, instead of asking for 15 fields, dial that back to maybe four or five, right? 'Cause studies show that that's the easiest way to increase the bottom of the funnel, is by asking for fewer lead requirements fields.

So, we're taking 10% close rate, so 10% of 269, now we have x amount of deals. And, again, if you're really diligent and you want to go all the way through the funnel, you can say, "Okay, 27 times my average sale price, now we got 2.7. Of that, that's the monthly potential return from SEO. Annualize that times 12 months, now you have," And, again, is this perfect math?

Absolutely not. But it's a, A few things can come out of this. One, are you going after the right keywords based off of the search volume? The majority of people that I talk to often don't, right? They go after too top of the funnel heavy keywords that they have no chance in hell in ever ranking for because you'd have to displace IBM, Wikipedia, and Amazon, right?

(laughing) Which probably won't happen in the short run.

Or, conversely, you're too bottom of the funnel heavy. You have keywords that are so exact and so specific that there's, literally, no one searching for 'em, right? And so it's helpful to know, am I going after the right keywords based off of user intent, search volume, and do I have a shot at all to even show up for these keywords? Again, we do a lot of these audits and analyses, and I give you straight feedback."Hey, these are great keywords, you have a shot in displacing them, and your competitors that are doing SEO, doesn't look like they're all that sophisticated. You have a shot." So, let's go through the Demand Waterfall conversion rates and, yeah, it looks like it does make business sense. All right, so--.

How To Start A Digital Marketing Agency With NO EXPERIENCE! ($0 - $10k/mo In 90 Days!!)

How To Start A Digital Marketing Agency With NO EXPERIENCE! ($0 - $10k/mo In 90 Days!!)

Today I want to share with you how to start a digital marketing agency with no money. No experience and no 997 course you can easily get from zero to ten thousand dollars per month without any of these 997 courses when you get kind of like the hiring firing scaling all that crazy stuff.

That's maybe one of these courses comes into place and getting contracts in place But really the end of the day you can get to ten thousand dollars per month without one of these Expensive courses if you've been following me for some time now You know, I have several videos right here on youtube that are 100 for free Showing you how to get your first clients and how to actually go and start and scale your digital marketing agency.

And I want to break some things down a little bit further in this video of how to get your first clients 100 For free and then actually how to fulfill for those clients that you bring on so you can keep them long-term Because I don't know about you but for me When I first got started one of my biggest fears is to have somebody pay me Bring them on as a client and then not see results for that person and because a lot of your first clients, they're people that you know, or someone that you know.

They know and so you don't want to look stupid with these first few clients So we want to show you some proven ways right here on this video Of how to get guaranteed results even if you have no experience No money, and you don't really know the best place to get started So for those of you guys who are brand new here Maybe just stumbling upon my channel just a little background on myself I run a digital marketing agency.

I help real estate agents. Generate leads we brought in over six million dollars over the last few years And so I want to show you guys exactly how to make this happen. Okay?

I don't make my money from selling courses on how to go through and make money. I make my money actually running this marketing agency So I want to show you guys the step-by-step ways of how I got started back in the day.

How I fulfill for clients how you can get guaranteed results and success For your own marketing agency and scale up to ten thousand dollars per month within the next three to four months so with that said Let me talk about some of the free ways to actually go and get your first clients and then if you guys stick Around with me here to the end of this video.

I'll show you how to guarantee you get results for your clients Now the best part is it doesn't matter if you are in the real estate space or you want to tackle the dental niche, or maybe the Chiropractic, there's so many different industries out there And if you guys stick with me here to the end of this video i'll show you how you can get Guaranteed results for your digital marketing agency, even if you have absolutely zero experience when you're first getting started So let's first cover three easy ways to get your first clients 100 for free You don't have to go through and invest any money.

This is just investing your time to get these first clients Now the first one that I like to do and what I did when I first got started is just going through and posting on Facebook to connect with your friends. So for example, let's say you're going to work with realtors Like I said, this works for any industry doesn't really matter but i'm in the real estate space So if you guys want to kind of copy and model exactly what I do This is what I would do I go through and I post on my facebook profile And say hey look i'm starting a marketing business do does anyone know a real estate agent, or are you a real estate agent?.

I'd love to help you go and get more leads for your business And then from there what happens is you're gonna get some likes you're gonna get some comments Maybe people tagging other people that actually are real estate agents And the great thing is you can also do this over on linkedin Okay, because people that are following you on facebook or friends with you on facebook they're gonna be completely different people on linkedin and linkedin is more of a Business-minded approach so you could do the same exact strategy on both of those platforms The second thing that I would do is I would start going through and joining Facebook groups and same thing goes for linkedin.

You can join linkedin groups that have your ideal target customer so for example If it's real estate agents if it's dentists go start joining some dental groups on facebook some dental groups on linkedin And once you're approved don't go through and spam inside the group. Okay, no one's gonna like that You're gonna get kicked out super quick but start adding those people as friends inside of the facebook group Inside of the linkedin groups and the reason why you want to do this Is because when you post on your personal profile down the road in the future.

They're going to be your ideal client and they're going to see your post They're going to see your posts about maybe past client success stories or different things like that And so they'll start to get to know who you are What you do and how you can actually help them now a quick reminder here don't go through and add Every single person in the group because you're going to easily get blocked by facebook But I would go through and add maybe 15 to 20 people every single day.

And yes It's gonna take about five to ten minutes of your time But these are free ways to go through and get your first clients in the beginning when you're first getting started with your digital marketing agency You're going to need to go through and invest your time Instead of your money because usually you don't have the money to go through invest so you invest your time And then you get to a point where you're making money so you can invest that money.

And scale things more and more to bring on more clients and skill your monthly revenue So that's exactly how i'd go through and get my first clients with facebook and linkedin and i'd be doing this all Simultaneously because you want to get a few balls rolling Especially in the beginning when you're investing more of your time instead of your money and that is going to google and typing in for example If you are working with dentists typing dentists near me or dentists in whatever city you're located in And see what ads pop up at the top because if somebody is running ads if a dentist is running ads.

That means they have bought into the concept of going through and advertising their business more than likely they have a successful business.

That they can actually invest money into advertising and so you want to go through and see who is advertising Trying to find out who it is You can click on the ad go to their website reach out contact them And see if you can help them with maybe their facebook advertising maybe their instagram advertising.

They probably already have someone running their google ads obviously because that is why the ad is showing But you can go through and offer other services as well And they've already kind of been sold on the concept that they need to advertise to grow their business So a great thing is is it's a lot easier sale instead of going through and finding someone you have to convince and sell them on the idea of advertising and then sell them on the idea of why you are the ideal person to work with so Staying on google here for a second because there's several other ways.

We can actually go through and get clients 100 for free here So if we type in dentists near me or dentist in your local city If we scroll down below the ads because the ads are going to be at the top you're going to have Reviews of local dentists or reviews of local chiropractors or whatever industry that you're in Okay Now more than likely if someone has reviews or they have google my business.

That's another one that you can go through and take advantage of those dentists or chiropractors.

Typically have gone and hired some sort of marketing agency To help them get reviews or help them get their business on google my business So once again this goes along the lines of the concept that I talked about a little bit earlier that they are willing and ready to invest in their business in their marketing their lead generation and their growth So these are great prospects to go through and reach out to to offer your services All right So just really quick.

I want to share two more free ways of going through and getting clients and then After I show you those two ways.

I want to show you how to successfully Run ad campaigns for these clients and guarantee that you get results So you're not looking stupid when you bring on that new client and you actually get them results so you can keep them on Long term now I know i've already hit several ways to get free clients because there's so many ways to get free clients And you don't have to go through and invest money Into your paid client acquisition.

I won't even invest money until you get about 20 to 25 dollars per month Now i'm super passionate about this as you can obviously tell but another way is leveraging local networking groups so there is a group it's called b and I So b is in boys so b and I and I actually went to some of these bni networking groups back in the day And basically you go through and at these groups they have like a dentist.

They have a chiropractor They have a real estate agent a mortgage broker They have basically somebody in your local area that does like pretty much all the basic services So what you can do is you can go there. You can let people know who you are introduce yourself You can network let them know how you can go through and help them So it's a great way to go through and get to know other people in your community And potentially bring on a new client for your digital marketing agency.

All right So one more just stick with me here because this one's super cool And then i'll show you guys how to guarantee your success and results for all of your clients So this is leveraging youtube.

You guys can tell that i'm super passionate about youtube I love youtube And the great thing about it is you can go through and post a video on youtube.

And you can get some exposure now and you can also get exposure six months 12 months two years from now It's crazy Whereas with facebook or instagram you make a post and that post kind of dies out after 24 to 48 hours.

Whereas with youtube somebody can search a specific keyword and they can find that video Months or even years down the road. I have videos on youtube that I literally published over two years ago That still get hundreds or even thousands of views every single month and i'm still bringing in New leads every single day from these videos that I post several months ago and even several years ago So for example, check out this video right here.

How To Start A Digital Marketing Agency With NO EXPERIENCE! ($0 - $10k/mo In 90 Days!!)

It's on mortgage leads So running ads for mortgage brokers to help them generate leads for their business and check out all of the comments There are thousands of views and you might look at this and like oh, man Well, there's not a hundred thousands of views or there's not millions of views. Well, guess what?

These are specific very targeted views and these are all new potential clients that could come into your business Not only now but on the long term So what you want to do here is just think about what your ideal client would be typing into youtube or google to help grow their business So for example, let's say you are working with dennis So you could say something like best three facebook ads for dentists or dentist lead generation Or dental marketing or different terms like that and you just go through and shoot videos on it And you show them how you can go through and help them with their marketing and honestly You don't even go through and pitch anything.

You just show massive value You can show everything that you actually are going to do because the truth is at the end of the day the dentist The real estate agent the mortgage broker the chiropractor.

They don't want to do what you're going to be doing Okay, they don't want to run facebook ads so you can show everything that you're going to be doing They don't want to go set up landing pages.

They don't want to go through and set up their websites because that is not Where their expertise and their time is best used and so they just want to know that you know what you're doing and from there after they've seen your video and they're like Okay This guy like knows what he's doing i'm going to reach out i'm going to connect i'm going to comment And then you can connect with that person get on the phone.

And that's where the real sale is actually made All right, so hopefully you've got several ideas of how to go through and get your first clients for your digital marketing agency We talked about facebook.

We talked about linkedin we talked about google youtube bni the networking groups now Let me just jump on my computer because I want to show you guys how to guarantee you get results For your customers because guys believe me I get it a lot of times It's a little bit fearful to jump in get a client, but you don't actually know what you're doing so let me show you several proven funnels several proven websites templates everything that you guys can access and You don't have to go and buy any 997 course or anything like that for me.

You guys can just get full access So, let me just jump on the computer and I will show you guys all this in detail All right So here we are and the cool thing about this is you can actually white label this software And so this can manage all of your clients any new clients that you bring on if you've got two three four five Fifty clients you can manage them all under one account white label it so it looks like your own platform.

Everything is super cool Okay, so let's get into how to actually successfully Run proven ad campaigns for your clients.

So if you come over here, you can see on this left-hand side Let me just zoom in a little bit. So you guys can see this Funnels and websites. Okay. So we've got the funnels we've got websites. We've got membership platforms You can go through and build but the great thing is we click on funnels over here You can see this free teeth whitening funnel Well, if we go over here and we click on new funnel, you can go to the template library with all these Pre-created sales and lead generation funnels for your clients.

So we just click on go to template library right here, and we've got attorneys auto dealers chiropractors dennis day spots construction guys You can see all of the different types of funnels that we can go through and easily create we got real estate yoga solar So if you have a specific industry that you're super passionate about or you already know several people or you kind of got experience like like maybe You are a cook and you love restaurants you love working with restaurants.

Well, guess what? Just click on here? Click on see templates. Okay, we've got the free appetizer.

Okay, and these are templates that are proven to work. Okay Now if you guys want access to this, um, you can actually get a free 14-day trial. I'll add a link right below this video And go through and get access to the software. And like I said, you can go through and manage all of your clients It has a little like crm a cool reporting platform right over here Um, you can tie in your google ad account facebook ad account. You got all your opportunities So you can see like leads no application scheduled call all these different things You've got the conversations you can go through and easily White label it to your own business and it's only like 97 bucks a month to go through and manage all of it So basically it does a lot of cool things But my favorite part is it gives you the proven templates for the funnels?

For even the websites you can easily go through and charge a client 500 a thousand even 1500 to 2 000 Just to build a website out for them and the cool thing is look at this You've already got all of the website templates that you can go through and choose from and easily Whip these out in just a matter of an hour or two So it's really a great software to go through and start building all this stuff out.

Anyway, guys I Hope you got the core points of this video that it does not take money to go through and make money with your own Digital marketing agency. Okay, you don't need to buy a 997 course to go through and get started You can easily get from zero to ten thousand 000 per month Without buying any courses just watch my free videos right here I covered several free ways to go through and get your first clients right here on this video So go back watch it again. Take some notes Make sure you understand it inside and out because honestly guys the end of the day That is exactly what any of these 997
