Do More with A Free WordPress CRM Plugin - FluentCRM

Do More with A Free WordPress CRM Plugin - FluentCRM

Hello and welcome back to WPManageNinja! This video is all about FluentCRM's free features and how you can make the most out of the plugin without even going for the premium version! First off, what is FluentCRM? FluentCRM is an email marketing automation plugin for WordPress that lets you automate your email campaigns and user management even in the free version, you get a ton of features that you won't find even in premium saas platforms So let's jump right in! Installing FluenCRM on your WordPress is fairly simple!

Head over to your WordPress admin dashboard and go to the plugins tab Click on add new Search for FluentCRM Click install and activate it Next, you'll have to set up your business information, email settings and then you're good to go With a fresh installation of FluentCRM setup, you first have to add your contacts list into FluentCRM You can choose to do it manually one at a time. but who even does that any more?  Instead, you can simply import a CSV file or your WordPress users into FluentCRM's contact list! Now you can access all your contacts right from FluentCRM's contacts tab FluentCRM lets you store a large amount of information for each contact Aside from the usuals such as name, address and contact details FluentCRM shows total emails sent, open rates, and click rates for each contact You can even store additional info such as URL's that bring in leads Leads IP address, device information, browser version, etc if your form plugin provides this information  FluentCRM's contact view is neatly organized letting you sort your contacts based on their subscription status This comes in handy when you want to send different emails to your  subscribers and your regular customers Along with that FluentCRM lets you set the contact type between lead and customer to distinguish prospective customers from the existing ones You can also segment your contacts based on tags and lists but we'll get to that in a bit! when viewing individual contacts you can view their email interactions and their form submissions This way you have a complete picture for each individual on your contacts list  what about the contacts that are truly unique?

For instance, will you be able to differentiate contacts who's claimed a refund or provided some actionable feedback from the rest of your users? Well in that case, you can store custom notes or activities depending on what you need! This wraps up the basics of FluentCRM contacts  Now that your contacts are loaded onto FluentCRM, let's get them sorted and organized! Being able to anticipate a customer's next purchase interest is important for e-Commerce business FluentCRM lets you segment your contacts based on lists and tags You can add contacts into specific lists or add tags to them according to your needs FluentCRM features  a third option called dynamic segmentation which is only available in the pro version  It lets FluentCRM automatically segment your contacts based on user activity and customized conditions Now let's get to how you can send those emails with FluentCRM's email campaign  FluentCRM's campaign tab is where all your campaigns live let's create a new campaign Type in an appropriate name and a new campaign is created Let's say the campaign is for promoting your upcoming webinar We'll name it webinar push next, you'll have to compose the email you want to send FluentCRMs email composer lets you choose from three basic templates named simple boxed, plain centered, and classic email you can set custom background colors, exquisite fonts, and much more  Have a template that works well? Store custom templates for later use in other campaigns  if this seems like too much work you can always use a custom HTML template instead in which case you simply paste it into the composer and you're done!

Remember to check the preview for any glitches that might sneak in with your HTML source When you're done with composing next comes your subject line and your email preheader this is where you get to be creative let's say you want some feedback from your contacts on your next webinar's topics the ideal subject line should contain exactly what you want from a contact your subject line in this case could be something in the line of "need your help!" or "say what you want?" Want to make it seem more personal? FluentCRM lets you add variables into the subject line such as Name, User ID, Business name etc  you could add the contact's name in the start of the subject line to create a sense of familiarity  With the Pro version, you can also A/B test your subject lines for better open or click rates  and add utm parameters to get better analytics of your users if you're not sure about your email just send a test mail to yourself Once you're done reviewing the email, it's time to select the recipients.

FluentCRM uses tags and lists to select recipients for your campaign Like here, for new subscribers that have joined in january we've created a list "new subs January" you can either choose to send exclusively to the contacts in the new subs january list  or you can exclude contacts on other lists in the excluded contacts field  Whichever is easy!

Similarly, you can include or exclude contacts based on tags Great you've set up your first campaign with FluenctCRM! Campaigns are good for revenue but if you really want to expand your prospects you need reliable contacts FluentCRM can help you grow your email lists and collect customer information with opt-in forms it requires a form plugin to create forms For the purpose of this video, we'll use Fluent Forms integration Fluent forms is an incredible plugin with some of the most amazing features you could expect from a form plugin With over 50 000 websites using Fluent Forms, it's hard to go wrong with it If you don't have it installed, no worries FluentCRM will automatically download and integrate Fluent Forms with your permission Now, let's create a form to gather subscribers from your landing page  Simply click on the create a new form button and select the template set a name for your form and choose what to do with contacts collected with this form we'll go with adding the contacts to the list landing subs once the template is created you can edit the fields with Fluent Forms later on You can choose from 60+ templates which are free  and more if you have Fluent Forms Pro since it's a landing page form we'll keep it simple when you're done creating the form, simply add the form's shortcode into the page or post and your form is up and running! the leads from this form are going to be automatically sorted into your landing subs list and these are the basics of creating a form in FluentCRM  Now it's time for the feature that is at the heart of FluentCRM let's check out automation funnels! For this video, we're going to send a customized email to the new subscribers  we start by clicking on the create new automation button now you have to choose the type of trigger we'll go for the form submission the form we used for this automation is a landing page subscription form you can map the form fields, we'll skip this part for now you can also choose to update subscription status. we'll add these contacts as subscribers  Now your automation is created.

Do More with A Free WordPress CRM Plugin - FluentCRM

Time for the funnel steps! since these are new subscribers we'll first add them to a list, let's say march targets! the next step is to send them the custom email.

So we bring that into our automation! but wait!

Should email be sent right after they submit the form? That won't be the best idea. So why not add a two-day delay before sending the custom email? Nice! now we want to remove these contacts from the march targets list .

So we'll go ahead and do that with the remove from list action block In FluentCRM action blocks work as executable commands whereas benchmark blocks work as triggers inside your funnel lastly we want to add a tag so we can keep track of these new subscribers simply bring in an add tag action! let's recap! your website gets a new form submission, add them to a list, wait two days, send a customized email, remove them from the list add an identifiable tag the automation is complete! once you're satisfied with the automation, publish the automation to get it up and running and our automation funnel is complete! you can now target the subscribers with the tags added for your next marketing campaign!

this wraps up our take on FluentCRM's free features! honestly, there's a lot more to be done! So head over to fluencrm.com and get your free installation today! How to move Wordpress Website one domain to another domain without cpanel???

I already logged in.

You have to log into this website having your access after that you need to go plugins and add new plugins. After going add new plugins you have to search for or All in one wp migration.

Here is the plug-in actually (all-in-one wp migration plugin) I am installing this after installing and activate this plugin. So the plugin is now activated then we need to go this option and only known WB migration.

I am going on into this now the prep the plug-in have actually some premium features there are many education like you can say in the back of file to Dropbox or drive and can restore it it will help you to restore the file without downloading.

I already bought the Dropbox extension so that I can transfer the file without download here is the option actually Dropbox Google Drive.

I will visit Dropbox but I will show you the free way also so how to export the files XO X put to all files having no premium features please click on file and it will start to export everything in a in a folder after that something will appears you need to click on that and download the file on your local disk here is the file if.

I will use the Dropbox extension it will backup the file in Dropbox licks the lips install the Dropbox extension also here is the Roku extension install it this extension is bought by myself few days ago it is maybe $99 you can use it for unlimited website so here we go so now we can export the file into our Dropbox export export to Dropbox link to your Dropbox account you need to login to your Dropbox account using this API so.

I will do that I logged into Dropbox and it is now connected so let's export the files all the backup of these web dealers we did not need Ike wait on export and the pic so now.

I am clicking on Dropbox and eat is starting starting to back up all of the filing or Dropbox we need one or two minutes to transfer the file so.

I am pausing the video in this meantime is 20% we need we need to you we need to wait for another one minutes so here we go it is already uploaded to Dropbox so what we need to do now now we need to log in to our another WordPress website when we would like to restore this web builder is p.net website now we need to install the two plugins again so this is the website where we would like.

To restore the wave builders visit on it we need to log into the WordPress we are installing the two plugins again or the in one WP migration and the proper extension which stands for all-in-one up due to migration.

I install it and activated it now again installed they install the drop off installation there's activity now go to point one WP magician and it will be it will be the option import so if you don't have Dropbox extension you need to upload the file that you downloaded before so what we need what you need to use this option fill file and find the location you saved and click on it and upload it and that's that's it what.

How To Migrate WordPress Site To New Domain Using All In One WP Migration WordPress Migration

How To Migrate WordPress Site To New Domain Using All In One WP Migration | WordPress Migration

Hi guys so today we will going to duplicate this website and move it to this website so i already duplicate this one but we have made some changes in this website like i added some fix you know fix sticky header in here so there's a lot of information.

I already added on this website and.

I wanted to um integrate it on my sister's website so how you can do that so.

I have a i have a tutorial by the way.

I have a tutorial for manual migration but in this video we will use a plugin um so it would be easier for you to migrate your website without changing your php my admin and all of the stuff okay so the plugin that we will use okay so first is you need to click the add new and then click the all-in-one okay we will use all-in-one migration in this part so all-in-one migration and i also use actually.

I also use duplicator okay these two plugins are perfect so far but if the website is super big um you cannot really avoid getting a timeout error and yeah some um complication so if that happens you will need to migrate your website manually but.

I do have tutorials on that so just check the link description below and i have some detailed information as well as embedded videos for the manual migration and some notes as well on on this tutorials because sometimes i forgot some information so.

I want to make sure that um i can provide more info that you need so just check my description for the vlog version in this okay so you need to have all in one migration and click um activate this one okay now once it's already activated by the way once you already activated all the uh manual migration make sure that all of your plugins um updated okay.

Because to avoid error because sometimes you might experience some technicalities if your plugins are outdated so make sure you update them okay after that we will export all of the files from the perfect cosmetics okay so click the export button and then click the file okay and it will be it will take for a while it depends on your internet connection but it should um it shouldn't take so long okay.

So we already have that and just click download and you should able to i already imported i already um exported the file so actually let's just replace that one so we have two the file size is 219 mb okay so and then after that we will go to my sister's website and then login in here okay by the way if your domain is a free fresh domain i mean it doesn't have any wordpress installed so if your domain is a fresh domain and it doesn't have any wordpress installed you need to create a fresh um wordpress website.

And i think a lot of most of the hosting provider have this option for you so just simply go to your cpanel and click the wordpress installer and then um and then just choose your domain and and install the latest version of the wordpress if your web if your domain don't have a wordpress yet because it's mandatory that you need to have a friend you need to have a wordpress installed in the website so you can access the back end okay.

So after you already exported the file um go to the to we will go to my sister's website and go to the dashboard area and then we will install a plugin actually i already installed the plugin so um we will again install the plugin that we installed in the perfect cosmetics so all in one weepy plugin so just click this one and then we be all in one migration okay we pee all in one migration and okay it's already active.

And i should a i can see it in here so after that we will import the file that we have extra exported from the perfect cosmetics so click the import then file and then okay let's just any of this so we've seen this error okay because mostly you will receive this kind of error if you are if your website is is not has some files okay i think i already i imported a decent amount of products in here and i also added some custom css that's why and as you can see here the default file is 150 mb okay.

So if you check in here in this tutorial it has like you need you can update your hd access or you can update your wp config or you can contact your hosting provider so they can increase the limits for you but there is a plug-in for you to do it so we our goal is we want it to be um fast as possible and easy easy to uh we wanted it to be easy as possible.

So we can use a plugin called max upload file styles okay so copy this one and then max upload file size okay and just activate this one okay once you already have that you should able to see this okay and then um you need to check your um file so how big your file is so your file is 218 okay and if you go to the import you only have a maximum of 150 mb so we need to change that to 218 and then save we can deactivate this later after we upload.

All of the files so after we upload all of the files we can deactivate that after okay click the import file and then let's import it okay let's try hold on let's refresh file then import 200 let me just add it let's make it 250 okay so there's enough room so update and then we will refresh and import file and that so it's already uploading so that's only the that's that might be the issue that you you will encounter if you're if the wordpress website.

Is not fresh so you will need to increase your file limit by the way if you find my video helpful feel free to subscribe to my channel click that subscribe button and that like thumbs up and the bell notification if you want to receive new videos from me so after you complete it you will able to see this um pop-up that it will overwrite all of your current settings so just hit the proceed and then um this will take for a while again it depends on your internet connection so you can see here your data has been imported successfully and then let click the close and let's see if the changes were made i'm gonna go into the glamourskin.com.

And um the password because we have overwrite everything so the password that we need to use is the password from the perfect cosmetics so what username did i use in here it it's angelique m sanoy so let me grab that and i forgot the password that i use i think this is the password that i've used okay let me try again again i think this one forgot the password let me okay so let me grab the password and let's okay so as you can see here all of the settings from the perfect cosmetics is already migrated to the glamorskin.com.

The glamourscheme.com as you can see here it's not http so i'm gonna change that to https and save the changes and let me open it again and let's refresh it so right now it is already working so just to make sure um make sure that they match to each other before you import your data so this the perfect cosmetics is an https website and this one is a non-https so if that happens if you are having problem with many redirects you need to double check your settings and then general make sure that the the if it is much to each other so i change.

It into https and currently the glamour screen all the files is already um migrated so just a side note i have a problem lately with the import so if you are having problem with the loading issue you will need to use the older version of all in one week migration.

And again i will put that on the on my blog version so make sure you check my um blog version on the link description below for more information and yeah again um duplicate.

I mean again plug-in is not applicable for everyone especially if your website is big so you need to use the manual way if that's.

The case i hope this has been helpful guys feel free to subscribe to my channel and click that bell notification if you want to receive new videos from me and have a great day.

Move WordPress Site To New Domain Without Losing SEO Rankings

Move WordPress Site To New Domain Without Losing SEO Rankings

Moving your self-hosted WordPress site to a new domain Requires attention and two distinct stages. Hello there! My name is Robert from ThemeIsle.com and in this video, I'll show you every step to move a WordPress site to another domain, and one more thing that will help you not lose the traffic that Google sends to your site, but I'll tell you more about it In the next minutes, so please continue watching. See, the actual process to move WordPress to a new domain is fairly simple.

You basically just need to copy your files to a new folder on your host and update your database. But keeping your SEO rankings when you do it takes some care. To that end, I'm going to show you both stages of the process. Let's dive into the first stage. At a high level, you just need to use the Duplicator WordPress plugin to move your site's files to your new domain.

The process is pretty much identical no matter whether you're sticking with the same host or moving to a new WordPress host. Here's how to do it! As always, make sure you back up your site before beginning this process. Then, get started by installing and activating Duplicator. Once it's activated, head to the Duplicator link in your dashboard sidebar and create a new package.

Move through the package creation process and Build your package. You don't need to change any of the default settings. Duplicator will build your package, which consists of two files: Installer and Archive. You need to download both files. Remember where you save them because you'll need them soon.

Next, you need to create a MySQL database for your new domain. Head to cPanel and find the MySQL Databases option. Then, create a new database. And then a new database user. You need to add that database user to the database you just created.

And make sure to give it All Privileges. And that's it! Keep the database name, username, and password handy, because you'll also need them in a second. Now, you need to upload the downloaded files to the root folder for your new domain name.

The quickest way to do this is using File Manager.

To open File Manager, find its icon on cPanel and make sure to choose your new domain name for the Document Root option. Then, you can use the Upload button to upload each file. Now, you can head to newdomain.com/installer.php to run the Duplicator install process, where newdomain.com is, obviously, your actual domain name. Enter the details for the database you created. And then on the next screen, you hit a very important step: specifying your new domain name. Duplicator should automatically detect your new domain. But if not, make sure you enter your exact URL in the box.

Then, Duplicator will handle updating all your internal URLs and image links to reflect your new domain. Once that's done, all you need to do is hit the Save Permalinks button to update your links (important!) and then test your site to make sure everything is working properly. And that's all you need to do to move WordPress to a new domain name. If you didn't care about your SEO rankings, you could call it a day right now.

Move WordPress Site To New Domain Without Losing SEO Rankings

But I told you this tutorial is about covering both parts. So let's get into the Hw to keep your SEO rankings. You need to do two things here:

1. Set up 301 redirects to send all links and traffic from your old domain to your new domain.

2.Tell Google that you changed your domain name 301 redirects basically tell web browsers (and search engines) that your site has permanently moved. For example, with proper 301 redirects, anyone who goes to your old domain will automatically get redirected to your new domain. This helps preserve your traffic and keeps the SEO value of links pointing to your old website. To add 301 redirects, all you need to do is edit the .htaccess file for your old site and include the following code: You can copy this code by accessing the link to our article in the description box below this video.

Just make sure to replace http://www.newdomain.com/ with the actual link to your new domain name. Your .htaccess file is in the root directory of your site.

That is the same directory that includes "wp-admin" and "wp-content". You can either access it using an FTP program or edit it in your browser using File Manager like I showed you before. Once you add the code to your .htaccess file, make sure that it's working properly by visiting a page on your old domain. You should be automatically sent to the equivalent page on your new domain name.

When you move WordPress to a new domain name, it's also a good idea to give Google a heads up. Nowadays, Google actually gives you a form that you can fill out letting them know you changed your domain name. To access it, head to Google Search Console and open the Property for your old domain name. If you never registered your site with Google Search Console, you'll need to do that first. Then, click on the Settings gear icon and choose Change of Address.

Then, fill out the form and click submit. In addition to the two core steps mentioned in this video, it's also a good idea to perform some other basic housekeeping tasks and I invite you to read more about those steps in our article wich you can access by clicking the link in description below this video..
