Generate 30 warm LEADS for your business: 10-minute workshop

Generate 30 warm LEADS for your business: 10-minute workshop

If you're interested in GENERATING WARM LEADS leads for your business we're going to go into  a workshop that's 10 minutes. It's all about something called scorecard marketing it's been  working for my business since 2016 generating hundreds of warm leads every single week on  autopilot. My name is Daniel Priestley. I'm the author of the book oversubscribed, how to get  people lining up to do business with you..

. Let's get started on the 10 minute workshop!  I want to show you a bit about how it works just top-line, we launched it in 2016,  it's hardly changed since then, and it's always continued to grow year upon year. It's simple  but not many businesses are doing it, takes about 15 to 30 minutes to set up a scorecard campaign,  it's insanely cheap to run once you've got it up and going, and it's very very consistent.

Recently  I asked my Twitter followers what would be the impact of an additional 30 leads per week that  are warm and qualified going into your business.94% said that it would be transformational and the  difference to their business would be huge, so this is a really important topic.

My background is that I used to run big events to generate leads and its a very very costly way  to do lead generation, and we replace that with a scorecard, and the scorecard is an online quiz  that people take. It's called the key person of influence scorecard. People answer a series of  questions, there's about 40 questions that they answer. There's yes or no questions very simple  questions and people go through, they answer the 40 questions and at the end it gives people a  report on the screen, and a pdf to their email, telling them how they could at improve becoming  a key person of influence.

It scores them on an overall score and some category scores  giving people immediate value. But on the back-end it actually gives us immediate value as well.  It also asks people if they would like to book a time to talk to our team to improve their score  which is a very valuable experience, and then once we do have a call with people what's great  is we've got their overall score, we've got how they scored for each of the categories,  and how they actually scored for each of the questions as well.

So we've got a great ability  to ask the right questions, and this has led to higher converting sales,  increased prices, and just a higher volume of people coming through as well. So in the last five  years on average each week we've had 113 people in the UK fill in the scorecard, and £20k pounds  worth of new business coming in.

In australia we've had 31 people coming through the scorecard  each week on average, and $21k coming through. Over the pandemic we did about 3.3 million pounds  through the scorecard so it worked just fine through that disruptive time as well.  Lots of people have done the scorecard and asked us the question can they get one as well,  which led us to creating this software called ScoreApp.

ScoreApp is a piece of software that  is a ready-made scorecard marketing campaign it's designed by experts and written by experts so  that you can start generating qualified leads in under two hours, well under two hours - probably  15 to 30 minutes.

So scorecards are great because people fill in scorecards, they love filling in  scorecards, they answer 10 to 50 questions so that they can see if they're on track with a goal.n  And this works often with audiences such as entrepreneurs professionals, fitness enthusiasts,  teachers, students, executives, parents, all sorts of people fill in scorecards.

We've got  people using this software like Jay Shetty who is a very famous influencer, and author Lewis  Howes - he's a great podcaster. Marissa Peer who's a very well-known therapist. But more importantly,  thousands of business coaches, financial planners, fitness trainers, lawyers, accountants,  all sorts of different people.

Anyone who wants to be able to very clearly highlight a gap between  where someone is and where they want to be, and then essentially provide a solution that would  close that gap.

Scorecards fit within your overall product ecosystem, they're not your core product,  they are what's called a product for prospects. They are one of those products that are freely  available to people that they can interact with you at any time get some value and then that leads  to a powerful sales conversation so that you can talk to people in a meaningful way about your core  product. So let's go and have a look at how easy it is to set up a scorecard marketing campaign.  So, what you'll see when you go into a scorecard and into the portal is you'll see all the list  of all your scorecards that you've got.

I've obviously set up quite a few here,  and if you want, you can just go create scorecard. It gives you the opportunity to set up a scorecard  without using a template - you can design and build it yourself from scratch. But i would really  recommend for your first one that you use one of our templates that's already written for you.

Generate 30 warm LEADS for your business: 10-minute workshop with Daniel Priestley

And  it's really really simple so you've got one here called the tax saving score card, the well-being  performance scorecard, business financial health check, digital impact score. Let's have a look  at this one here the fitness score.

So it measures nutrition exercise and sleep it's got 15 questions  already written and it's got a dynamic results page already created.

So you essentially just  need to change your logo do any customizations and edits and it's ready to go. Let's have a look.  So you use this little build icon, you can edit the questions very easily, there's all the  questions there you just hit that edit button and you can put that in your own language if you want,  or you can add questions if you'd like to do that as well. It's all pretty self-explanatory.

If you want to you can change the name of these categories, and start building your  own scorecard if you want to edit it. The landing page - definitely edit this. You want to add your  logo up the top there not our generic logo, you may want to add a little bit about yourself  in here, and you might want to change some of these colors to fit your cut your company colors  but it's pretty much ready to go.

You could you could launch this from scratch. You may want to  add some case studies and testimonials that that you've got from your existing clients.

The results page that the customer sees is already created ready to go once they've taken your  scorecard they're going to get an overall score they're going to get some information based on  how they scored for diet, fitness, and sleep. And you'll be able to edit this text if you want to  based on whether they scored low medium and high. You can also then have a call to action  that gets people to have a one-to-one with you if it's appropriate, right. You might  set that up so that it only is ready based upon certain scores so that's called dynamic content,  and dynamic content basically allows you to have different offers based upon how people  score.

So it's all very simple and once you've got someone who's filled in the scorecard.

The  leads appear here next to that little person icon you can see people how they've scored,  you can see how they've answered the questions, you can export that data to your CRM system,  and away you go - you're ready to generate leads, you're ready to start harnessing the power of  data, get better conversions, and identify ways to perhaps increase the value that you offer  to your clients. It's a game-changing approach just to lead generation, I can't stress that  enough. This totally changed things for us, it's given us consistent leads week-on-week,  millions in revenue, and it's easy. People love filling in scorecards. We created it once really  well in 2016, we haven't really changed it since then and every single week on average we  get hundreds of leads coming in which results in millions in sales.

So very simple, to get started,  all I would like you to do is we're going to give you a link,  and the link is a special link that is available for today.  So you will be able to create an account it'll be totally free for 30 days and for 30 days you  can test whether this works for you so what you'll be able to do is use the templates,  launch the scorecard campaign, get some leads, do some edits, play around with the software  all completely free of charge. You've got full access to the platform and all the features and  functionality, you'll also have a challenge called the 30 leads in 30 days challenge. If you can  complete 30 leads in 30 days you get some books, you get some courses on marketing, some great  little prizes there. Behind the scenes you'll have Leigh and Rebecca who are going to be allocated to  this challenge to support you if you've got any questions at all there's a little help button  Leigh and Rebecca will pick that up ASAP and support you and help you to get your scorecard all  set up nice and easily.

We've got video training, we've got an online group a community group  where you can join on Facebook if you want to and see how people are using scorecards, you can watch  inspiring videos on our youtube channel, you can see what people are saying about scorecards - they  absolutely love it as a game-changer for their business. Okay, so I hope you enjoyed that  introduction to scorecard and quiz marketing if you want to get started with ScoreApp you just  need to click the link set up a free trial account and start playing around with some of those  templates. Very rapidly you'll be able to see all the features and advantages and marketing benefits  for your business and if you need any help or support the team is waiting so they can help you  get set up and ready to go. I hope you generate lots of warm leads this week, all the best.

Sounds like something you could use help with? Then keep watching my friend because this week's video is for you.

Nadine Gradascevic is an effective executive with 12 plus years of international experience in driving and managing sales and business development pioneering new concepts and products and advising leading global companies and clients from 30 plus countries.

Being an engaged leader and astute strategist with an extensive cross-cultural experience and unique drive for excellence, Nadine today reveals her secrets building a business network that helps you grow and meet your career goals more easily and effectively. Nadina I'm so excited that you're here. Thank You Petra, it's my pleasure to be here. Now let's dive straight in.

So what would you say is the key to building a network from scratch in a new country even here in Austria you have a lot of experience with it. Networking is all about people and contribution. Building a network starts with our willingness to discover our talents, our strengths to discover who we are what we really want and how can we contribute to others, to our organizations or businesses and to the global society. When I talk about networking I talk about effective networking.

Strong network includes people who have decision-making power and if you want to build valuable networks then we should think about what values can we add to our network, what values does our network add to our lives and how can we together as a network contribute to development of society.

Your network should have a long-term multiplier effect and it should be a group of your people who support your growth and your success. I don't think we necessarily think about being strategic about networking and it leads me also to the next question. What are the key mistakes that we do when it comes to networking? Yes, people tend to focus first too much on their own goals and they do not show real interest in other people.

Then we waste time on non effective networking because we don't have strategy, we don't have a plan, we don't even know what exactly do we want to achieve with that.

Creating a high quality network requires time investment strategy, planning, it requires patience, it requires persistence. Another common mistake is that people underestimate the cultural dimension in networking. Yes. Which is so important for trust building in communication and also of course in relationship management. And we both know that that's very important.

Relationships are hard anyways right communication can get tough and if we even have relationships or we want to build a relationship with people from different countries then it's another factor that influences our communication, and it gets even more complex so I think that's something that's really important to talk about as well.

Yes, there is another important part also networking should be fun, yeah, and when we talk about socializing it sounds like fun but when we talk about effective networking it sounds like a hard. And it is basically but still we should have fun. Yes. And when we approach that strategic way then we somehow forget to have fun.

4 Steps to Build Your Business Network in Austria Fast

Yeah. That's also one mistake. No and I'm totally guilty of that one as well. Now what I am also very curious about is, we talked about why is it important and what are the mistakes that people do, what would you say is the fastest way, because we both know networking takes time and if we go strategic about it we can save some time and we can get the results bit quicker even though of course I know it takes patience.

What would you say what is the how?

First start with yourself, know exactly what you can offer what do you really want and develop the strategy and then go into implementation and then there are four steps. First one is preparation, that means how much time are you willing to invest in networking? Then select your groups and your networks in accordance with your interest and your goals. Yes. Then know what people would you like to meet there, what contacts you need and why do we need them, yeah, who can recommend you and what you can offer to those people, how you can support them?

Second step would be interaction and that's about listening, observing, asking questions, supporting other people, asking for support as well. Don't forget to make next step, to agree the next step with your contact and when you come when you finish when you come back home please do some reflection and that means what was good, yes, and what would you do differently next time? That's true.

It's I like with every other thing we try to learn or we want to progress with the self-reflection part is just so important and we don't do it enough and I really appreciate that you mentioned this point. I think also with networking it's the same thing we need to see what is it that we done well and what's working for us and focus more on that and see where it is going and what we can improve.

Yes. It starts with self-reflection and it ends with self-reflection. Exactly. I love that. For those of us who don't speak the language, is it possible to build a network for instance here in Austria, would you say that you can achieve the same success as the local would?

Well I would say in Vienna it's possible because you have a large international community so it's possible also with English and other languages to build your own network but you increase your chances if you learn German and you extend your networking possibilities. Yes absolutely. All right is there something you would like to add, some final thoughts? Networking is a skill, which you can learn so invest your time in developing a global network, it's easier than ever.

Absolutely, thank you so much, it was really good and and it's so true and I really wish that everyone would appreciate the opportunities that we have and especially in the globalized world we can have a global reach which is just amazing.

Thank you so much it was really pleasure to have you here. It was a pleasure to be here. Now Nadina and I would love to hear from you, so what are your thoughts and what are your key takeaways out of today's interview? Let us know in the comment section below also if you enjoyed today's video give us a like, subscribe to my channel and share it with your friends. Thank you guys so much for watching and I catch you next week on BoundaryLess.
